The last few weeks have been busy around our house, since we are now into February, I would like to finish up some of January's highlights!
We took a quick trip to Ohio to visit our friends from New York, the Sheltons! We had so much fun seeing them again after nearly two years, and it was a great relaxing weekend! We stayed in a fun hotel that has a big waterpark inside so despite the freezing temperatures outside... we were able to enjoy a warm weekend without having to worry about applying more sunscreen! The girls loved to play in the water and eventually got up the courage to do the water slides again, and again, and again... all by themselves! It is so fun to watch them having fun! I loved the big pool which took all the pressure off my lower back, the hard part was getting out of the pool and feeling ALL the added pregnancy weight!

Back to reality... it is cold out here!

You guys look great! Whenever I see you in a picture on here Linds it makes me miss you so much - it's been way too long. Maybe it's time for us to take a trip back to see you...
I ditto that! I miss you too Linds. Mike and I were thinking about you guys last night as we watched the superbowl. remember our "party" a couple years ago? we had a great time! i'm trying to convince mike to go on a road trip, we'll have to put you guys in on our map. i'll let you know if that is really going to happen.
We had a great time with you guys and think we should do this more often. Now that Chicago is a safe place to visit, we may just to head on over.
